Rina Mistry started her training at a high street firm in Luton and qualified as a solicitor in July 2013.
Rina immediately specialised in family law and therefore has gained experience in all aspects of Family Law. Rina obtained her Degree at De Montfort University in Leicester and went on to successfully completing her Legal Practice Course with a Distinction. Rina has also obtained accreditation with Resolution, gaining recognition as a specialist in matrimonial finance and private children law.
Rina Mistry joined Glynis Wright & Co in May 2017, after working for a large regional law firms. Rina has wide knowledge and experience in family law and is able to advise on all aspects of family law including separation and/or divorce, advice in connection with children arrangements and also financial aspects following a separation.
Rina understands that going through a separation is a very difficult, and therefore takes a non-confrontational and conciliatory approach. She adopts a sensitive approach to all cases in order to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Rina encourages matters to be settled outside of Court where possible in order to keep costs to a minimum. Rina, will however advise accordingly deepening on each individual case, and if it is necessary to proceed to Court, then Rina will provide the necessary advice to initiate proceedings.
