Our family law team are able to assist and advise at times when family
circumstances require a sympathetic and understanding ear
combined with sound legal advice. Whether you are seeking
advice on divorce or where you stand financially when your
marriage or relationship breaks up we aim to relieve your
anxiety.
We also handle residence and contact disputes
involving children and increasingly
Pre-Nuptial and
Living
Together Agreements.
All legal aspects of family law are dealt with by the
family law department which is headed up by
Glynis Wright -
our Family Law Partner and Sushma Kotecha, a Senior Family
Lawyer. Both Glynis and Sushma are lawyers of considerable
experience who specialise particularly in the financial
aspects of divorce and relationship break ups.
R.G. Frisby & Small are a Leicester based firm of solicitors
established by Raymond Guilford Frisby in 1934. His
watchwords then, which we regard as paramount now, are care,
competence and integrity. The firm is modest in size and yet
can boast excellence in respect of the team of legal
specialists it has recruited over the years and the
reputation it has built up and maintained since 1934.
Although many of our clients are Leicestershire based,
increasingly we act for clients located further afield in
the East and West Midlands regions.
Our offices are based near the Leicester train station and
within a 5 minute walk of Leicester City Centre. We have a
limited number of parking spaces available to clients but
also benefit from being located within a short walking
distance of public car parks.

In addition to our city centre offices, we have a second
office located in
Broughton Astley in Leicestershire which
is particularly convenient for our clients living in the
Hinckley, Earl Shilton, Lutterworth and Narborough areas of
Leicester. Parking is available in Broughton Astley village.
If you have any enquiries relating to family law, divorce or any
other legal matter, you can send us an
email or you can
telephone Glynis or Sushma on 0116 2335522. We welcome the
opportunity of speaking with you.
